When submitting a request for a BZA hearing, please include the following:

• A list of names and addresses of all property owners within 500 feet of your property lines.

• A legal tax map of the area with a 500-foot radius marked around your property, to be used as a checklist for public notification.

• A detailed description of the project or change being requested.

• A plot plan showing the property, including all dimensions and the distances from the proposed changes to each property line.

• Drawing for permit.
