The Suffield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on:

This hearing will address a request submitted by Roger and Tana Renner for property located in a Residential District at 44 State Route 43, Suffield, Ohio.
The applicants are requesting permission to construct a new single-family home while maintaining the existing residence until the new structure is completed. The Suffield Township Zoning Resolution permits only one dwelling per parcel; therefore, the request is in violation of Section 301.2.G and requires a zoning variance, subject to approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
