Upcoming Roundabout Project at SR 43 and Randolph Road

Positive West Nile Virus Tests Reported in Suffield

The Portage County Health District has confirmed positive tests for West Nile Virus in mosquito samples collected in Suffield Township. While no human cases have been reported at this time, residents are urged to take precautions to reduce mosquito exposure. This includes removing standing water, wearing insect repellent, and avoiding outdoor activity at dawn and dusk when mosquitoes are most active. Township officials are working with local and county agencies to monitor the situation and take appropriate action.
